About FASTER
Established in 2006 by John Hardy MSc, with the sole aim of bringing a new quality to the Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning and Rehabilitation industries.
The FASTER Group now comprises three companies: FASTER Functional Education, FASTER Health and Fitness, and FASTER Sports Performance. All three companies share the focus of bringing the best science and the best practitioners’ skills into their separate areas of the market.
FASTER is proud to be the most innovative, open, industry-challenging, person- focused company in the Fitness Industry.

Educational Philosophy
We believe that to be the best you can be, you have to embark on a great journey that will make you feel uncomfortable and challenged. You will need to overcome some tough challenges to really understand what you are doing. The journey should not be easy, but can be achieved with an open minded and informed outlook.
Our students are renowned for completing this process and being open to all types of training, being able to give a rational and levelled response to any questions. Our students are the best, and we go out of our way to show them off.
The whole of the FASTER business is dependent on us nurturing, loving, looking after, promoting and walking the extra mile for our students, who have done the same by trusting us to coach them through the tough route of our courses.
We use a variety of teaching media – Facebook; Second Life, our Virtual Learning platform; YouTube; Skype; live one-to-one; and live group training, in order to get our students to the place they deserve to be.
