This is the online version of our extremely popular Diploma in Functional Performance Course. It contains 6 modules, which are also available individually. This course also contains bonus modules on sales, marketing and coaching.
The course is tough because it is so comprehensive. The goal is to get you through every movement the body is capable of, so you can see it, make it happen, load it and see when even your best moving client is hiding movement problems.

The modules are as follows:
Module 1 – Observe and Predicting Human Motion
This module has been designed in order to help you review – and then attach importance to – anatomy and motion. It is the goal of the course to make you aware of each bone motion, joint feeling and muscle reaction possibility and then show you a system that will help you predict these in any motion.
Module 2 – Mastering movements at the Hips
Building Hip Flexion, Extension, Abduction, Adduction, Internal and External Rotation.
Defining the roles of all muscles that cross this joint
Building aggressive and integrated exercises for all the joint muscles
Building movement specific assessments for each movement within the joint, within specific movements and performance
Building movement specific solutions, including hands-on, to each of the movements
Module 3 – Mastering movements at the Foot and Ankle
Building movement at the Subtalar, Talocrural and Mid Tarsal
Defining the roles of all muscles that cross this joint, specifically looking at on and off weight-bearing motions, and their effect on the muscles
Building aggressive and integrated exercises for all the joint muscles
Building movement specific assessments for each movement within the joint, within specific movements and performance
Building movement specific solutions, including hands-on, to each of the movements
Module 4 – Mastering movements at the Thoracic Spine
Building Thoracic Flexion, Extension, Right and Left Lateral Flexion, and Right and Left Rotation
Defining the roles of all muscles that cross these joints
Building aggressive and integrated exercises for all the joint muscles
Building movement specific assessments for each movement within the joint, within specific movements and performance
Building movement specific solutions, including hands-on, to each of the movements
Module 5 – Mastering movements at the Knee, Lumbar Spine and Shoulder
Building Knee Flexion, Extension, Abduction, Adduction, Internal and External Rotation; Lumbar Flexion, Extension, Right and Left Lateral Flexion, and Right and Left Rotation; Shoulder Flexion, Extension, Abduction, Adduction, Internal and External Rotation
Defining the roles of all muscles that cross these joints, including the Pelvic Floor
Building aggressive and integrated exercises for all the joint muscles
Building movement specific assessments for each movement within the joint, within specific movements and performance
Building movement specific solutions, including hands-on, to each of the movements
